Diario de Shoushy, 18 abr. 12

I can actually be very much in control of my diet during the day, i can even live only on water, but at night all my self control goes to zero and i binge eat without knowing what i'm doing. it's like i am unconscious, then i realize the mess i have done and wasting all my effort during the day for nothing..i decide to eat more to get my stress out since the mess was already done.. I even tried to eat alot during breakfast so that maybe i won't have a very heavy appetite at night, but it didn't help, i ended up eating in the morning and at night. So today i started something new..I bought a book to read at night in my bed after having my teeth brushed and everything so that i stop my binging which is usually around 11pm. the book is called " the Lucky one" and it's now in the movies so i'm excited to read it before watching the movie:)
I hope my strategy works..fingers crossed

Are you making sure you are having your snacks through out the day? Think of your body as a fire. In order to keep the fire going you have to feed it. Think of your body the same way. You should have your breakfast and than a couple hours later your snack then lunch, then a couple of hours later your dinner and last and final snack. You may be doing this already but this is something that really helps me! Good Luck! :)

I try to have healthy snacks, but i am trying to stop eating 3 hours before going to sleep. and as soon as i decide to start this plan, I go one eating like crazy.. it's like my brains thinks there will be no more food. I tried to search about binge eating disorder on the internet and it's exactly what it is happening to me, but it's hard to stop it. I get excited to put things straight and it always goes great for 4 days max then it all starts again. This week it has been 3 days now that i didn't binge eat and it is going fine. I'm booking all my food intakes and hope i will stay this way
