Not such a good week. All went really well with nutrition/exercise until Friday. I only got 1/2 my exercise in and then I was in bed the rest of the weekend with a bladder infection. Drinking a lot of juice(carbs) and over eating. I stayed away from sugar/bread, but had a lot of corn chips with my spicy shrimp soup :(
Overall I stayed the same with my weight at 140 and I got in 4.5 days of exercise. I have lost some inches though around my hips and thighs.
