No gym again today.
I really need to find my motivation again before I get back into "I don't care" mode. Weight is steady in the sense that I was up 5lbs from the weekend and am back down 2 as of today. Vicious, repetitive cycle. I am trying not to be angry at myself about my bad eating and lack of exercise this week because I know it is all just the stress of the upcoming weekend. I woke up and heard the rain pounding, set my alarm and went back to sleep. Tomorrow and Friday are a must for going though.... They will be my only days this week that I can get my exercise in. Friday will be mainly for the purpose of pre-releasing stress for the weekend ahead. I hope it is nice on Saturday. If it is, I can take the Bug on a walk on the beach before we have to start getting ready for the wedding. And now that I think of it, if it isn't raining Friday night, we can go for a walk on the beach while everyone else is at the rehearsal.
Dinner tonight: Chicken and Veggies.... I need a little more protein in my life right now. My fiance has been a BAAAAAD influence this week :)

Hopefully, after the weekend, all will be right with the world again, and you can get your motivation back. I've been eating junk all week, still on the sugar high from Easter, argh. You can do this!!
