Hi - I've been doing atkins for awhile now and the cranberry drink is not associated with the Atkins diet (I think it may be Fat Smash Diet, but I'm not sure...). Water (alot of it) is the key to Atkins! If you don't have the Atkins book, I would definitely go get it and pour through it because it will all start to make sense more quickly. The only other tip I would say is to try and eat the foods in 5 meals a day versus 3 so that your metabolsm stays high and you feel energized throughout the day. Good luck - you'll be amazed at how it works!
