Ok, Now I am going to get serious! Starting tomorrow I will write everything down that I eat or drink. I will also write down my exercises if I do any. I am going shopping tonight and we are only going to get healthy snacks, weather my husband likes it or not! Lol. The only problem is going to be that I do not have a scale, so i will have to wait and get one soon. I made out the groshery list and am trying to figure out right now what foods I should eat together, and plan ahead so I do not run out of points. I am also starting the No Calories after 10 PM challenge, which will be hard because my husband and I are up until 1 playing video games every night! lol.
