New scales! these measure quite a bit heavier than the old ones! old ones today I weighed 73.3kg. New scales have body fat and BMI and body water and all those fancy things. probably not the most accurate but will give me something to go by as I want to focus on losing fat, not just weight. 34.1 % fat today and BMI 29. yikes 😔

74,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,6 kg. Aún para ir: 15,4 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

I have similar sort of scales. Sometimes I have to stand on them twice to get a real reading of weight, there can be a difference of 900g so maybe try that if you think weight is much different 😊
