I would wieght in yesterday but I have learned that Mondays aren't good for weight ins, I don't excercise over the weekends and mondays I am just getting back on the wagon of sorts. So today expect new numbers... it is just a sluggish start today. I need to head out and work out... thanks for the support fatsecret. I have some great support from my family in my sister Saria, she is running where I only walk right now but she is so supportive and I am so thankful. It is hard being the biggest sibling.
