So DAY 2, Level 1 of 30 Day Shred.

I'm sitting here sweating and recovering, WAHOO, that's a work out!
I love that it only takes 30 minutes to do a session, i was getting to the point where when you are working out and you are dreading the end part then TA DA it was cool off time! Definitely works with my attention span!

It was hard, but it's supposed to be right?
AND, I can not do push ups! Whats that all about? i can't even do the easy version yet! Hopefully that will improve in time and they're in the first set of exercise and i feel like i am starting lazy if i dont really try!

Off to make healthy, informed food choices today, well, after my shower!

My Fatsecret setting is still on Friday 30th March, Wake up America, it's 6.45am 31st March in the UK! I have just found my settings and changed to GMT!
