Diario de squery, 28 mar. 12

Didn't make it to my workout this morning because little miss kitty was sneezing (yes sneezing) all night and didn't get sufficient sleep.

Boy am I sore from my chest and abs workout Tuesday though! Tomorrow perhaps legs and back. I do have to say that since I've added heavy lifting to my workouts, I am noticing significant inches coming off, especially in my legs and bum. My collarbones are more pronounced too. So even though the number on the scale has been stalled since December, I might be losing some fat and gaining some muscle. Who knows.
