I just responded to someone else who asked for feedback and realized that I need to record the same principles here for myself. Sometimes I need a reminder when I lose my way.

1. Don't beat yourself up
2. Never stop trying to do just a little better
3. Make a plan that includes the foods that you really like
4. Remember if you don't get that donut today, you can always get it tomorrow
5. Eat slowly
6. Drink lots of water and other non-carbonated beverages
7. Try splitting what you eat for a meal into 2 or 3 servings to eat every couple hours instead of all at once
8. Remember you are totally awesome just the way you are
9. Stop using the word "fat" to describe yourself or anyone else. (We are just curvy)
10. You are never alone
