Just had lunch and finished around 12:15pm. I had a turkey avocado sandwich on multi-grain bread with sprouts, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. No mayo, mustard, nor cheese. And, I drank herbal tea. It's almost 1pm now and I feel good. I was not starving when I ate, what I could do better is to not turn on the computer when I was eating. I still ate slowly and paid attention but the food did not have my sole attention. I was still tuned into my body but I can do it better by turning off both computers and just enjoying the food.
