Hit a new low on Saturday. Probably dehydration from the previous night's activites. My eating habits weren't awful, but definitely more than my RDI. I didn't log what I ate because most of it would be alcohol. I guess that's what happens when you have a bachelorette party, bridal shower and date night all in the same weekend. It was a very up and down weekend to say the least.
Today, the scale wasn't so nice to me. I am back up about 4 pounds... water weight again I am sure since my water consumtion was replaced with beer the last 2 days. Oh well, I am back on the grind today. Skipped the gym, but will be doing bootcamp tonight. And by chance, if I get flaked on, I bought ripped in 30 days last week so I'll go home and do that.
It will be so nice to come home to a clean house tonight :) And even better that I will have my babe there to cuddle with!
