Wow...feeling really full and still under my points! Not going to search for food though. Vegetable type soups have been a lifesaver keeping me quite full. Love the W.W. Garden Veggie soup and living in New Mexico I get to enjoy the Green Chili Stew. I've made several adaptions to the recipe to keep it low cal (shredded chicken breast, fat free chicken broth).
