Hey, ya'll! I'm feeling pretty good. i got a nice long walk in today, despite my stupid car trouble. I accidentally left my pedometer in my car, which is parked at the gas station, so i'm not exactly sure how far I walked But, considering I was going at about the same pace as normal, (also judging by how sore my butt is!)and I walked for 1 hour and 45 minutes, I would say maybe a little over 5 miles. I also did 20 minutes intense kickboxing this morning, and 20 minutes abs. Oh, and this evening I treated myself to a 45 minute yoga session. I always feel so much better after I do my yoga. I am still not too happy about my car being broke down, but I had a good day anyway. I got to have a change of scenery, saw lots of birds and critters, and a beautiful sunset. So all in all, I had a pretty good day! :)
