Weekends really throw a wrench into diet plans...kids had a swim meet today & I took the oldest daughter to the car show yesterday...both days had my eating all messed up...I didn't do too badly calorie wise, but the biggest problem was not being able to really plan the meals...back to work and regularity...
No new truck...I don't think a 1/2ton will pull my trailer & I don't want to afford a new diesel ($$$$) maintain what I have I guess, not that it's a bad truck but I was hoping for new & shiny!!

PS...took the dog for an hour long walk tonight. It was nice to get out for a walk in the "fresh air"...of course, slipping on the ice wasn't that fun but that's what you get when the temps are below freezing...gonna make this a right after dinner habit!
