So very very proud of myself today. We ate out at the same chinese buffet as last week and I ate off the mongolian grill and ate healthy! Except for I am not sure about the hot and spicy sauce they used. Not sure how to account for that. I am really happy with myself though! I didn't go hog wild. I did have cantaloupe for dessert and then some jell-o then maybe 2 oz of chocolate pudding! I did great! Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow to see my results. Tonight I have a wedding shower and us witnesses like to eat A LOT! So I pray that I will not blow it tonight, but saving some cals for a small piece of cake!
