70 Lbs...that seems like such a high number, I don't know if I can do it! The first week on the Abs diet I lost 6.5 lbs, so...if I can lose 3 pounds a week for the next 20 or so weeks, I'll be great! The workouts are getting easier, I guess. I've been working out 5 days a week. I did all 5 days last week, and felt great! I took the weekend off, and on monday I was ready to go! Today was a totally different story though. I didn't really get a good nights sleep, and I really didn't want to go to the gym on my way home from work. I even called my husband, and let him know that I wasn't going. After I called him, I felt so bad, I went to the gym anyway...and worked out harder than I have in quite a while. I figured if I mess up my routine this early on, it would be much easier to come back tomorrow and say, "I don't really feel like going today, I'll make sure and go tomorrow" and then tomorrow never comes.
