hey everyone, how are ya'll doing? i am doing just dandy. I got to go on a decent walk today, the weather was perfect, 62 degrees. I walked 4.8 miles in an hour and 15 minutes. I drive down the road to the middle school to go walking at the track. It's about a mile, maybe a mile and a half from my house. Well anyway, one of the doors was ajar on the car, apparently, because when we got done with our walk(4 miles) the car was dead. I didn't feel like hunting someone down to help me so I just put Kaelyn back in the stroller and started walking. I got a little more than halfway home when Brandon's grandpa happened to drive by, so he picked us up and took me back to jump start the car for me. Why does stuff like that always happen to me! :) That was the only eventful thing that happened today. After I got Kaelyn down for her nap I did 20 minutes of my boxing video, upper and lower body with hand weights, and 20 minutes of my abs video. I like the videos that are split up into ten minute sections, because you can mix and match. I feel like I got a good workout today. Hopefully I am on my way to losing 2 pounds this week!
