Well, today was my first day starting level two. I had oat bran for breakfast, and an apple with peanut butter with my evening smoked ham wrap. It's sure nice to have more variety. I really missed fruit especially. Too bad bananas are so high in sugar, I really love bananas. But I am happy with my Golden delicious apples. I didn't really get as much exercise as I wanted today. I did 30 minutes pilates this morning, and walked with Kaelyn, a little more than 2 miles in 40 minutes, not too great. It was windy and Kaelyn was complaining of being cold. It was 56 today, but it will be in the 60's tommorrow, so I definitely want to get a nice LONG walk in while the weather holds up. I was going to work out this afternoon when Kaelyn was sleeping, but right as I was about to go in there my sister in Michigan called me, and we talked on the phone for two hours! I don't know how we talk for that long. By the time we got off the phone, Kaelyn was awake again, so I missed that opportunity. Drat. This Thursday, I have to go bowling with Brandon and his coworkers for their company Christmas party. I have no idea if we are eating or not, but I will likely eat before I go. Then Friday we have another Christmas party to go to. If Brandon has to work late maybe I can get out of going, but I doubt it. His Grandma will probably call and "remind" me. I am tired of all the parties. Why does Christmas have to be so rushed and busy? On Christmas day we have to drive 2 hours to his parents house. Fun fun fun. I hope I lose some weight this week despite all the chaos. My Christmas wish is to get to 139 by New Years. Hear that, Santa? I've been a real good girl this year, really!
