I need help from someone. I am making some lifestyle changes. Obviously working out General daily rules are
-1gallon of water daily
-2 no food after 8
-3 no alcohol or fast food
-4 eating very large but healthy breakfasts
I know the obvious stuff like counting
Calories eating lots of protein but I'm running out of ideas of things I can eat. I've always just ate junky foods so I don't even know what healthy stuff is lol I don't have a ton money to spend on food and I'm single and have no clue how to cook. Does anyone have any recipes or know of cheap but healthy meals I could make that are high protein and pretty easy?

For example I litterally just ate a hand full of lunch meat no bread bc I couldn't think of anything to eat that wasn't junk
