Well today I learned a new lesson, McDonalds snack wraps are loaded with sodium and the cals aren’t too low either. What a waste of cals on crap food, well that won’t happen again . Gees I hate making mistakes a person can rationalize their life away with excuses isn’t going to happen here. I am busting my ass to get to 180 by the end af January and nothings going to stop me.
