Its been a few days since i have posted on here and i do regret it, as i have been gone and have been bad eating out. I am going to use this as a learning experience again, which seems to be the only way that i learn. I didn't take my pocket calorie counter with me because the menus had the so called nutrition information in it. I thought this is great, but there was one problem, this problem was the fact that each meal looked like there was enough food for 3 people. Had 10 pieces of shrimp, wanted baked potoato(they had none so had to eat fries, which was about 2 cups full) 1 cup of flavored applecause, 2 roles, and 1 cup of veggies in butter, and a huge salad with no dressing (dressing was put on the side which equaled about 4 tablespoons). I didn't eat all of the food, took some of it home, but i thought wow, the nutrition brackets are wrong, and thought i would eat the salad bar the next time, which is loaded with salads, veggies, and fruits only.
I have been on the treadmill only once in a few days, but have been walking while being away, enjoying the beautiful weather, which is a lot better than in the house running on the treadmill.
