Wow...yesterday was a bad stumble day...it was my nephew's birthday, so I had a piece of cake (about 760cal I didn't need), then we went out for drinks with friends and I had 4 pints (20oz) of Sleeman's Honey Brown (1440cal I could have shown restraint...at least a little)...so 2200cal I didn't need to have, or could have had half the amount of each and would have only been over my RDI by a little, but I ended the day with 3989cal and my RDI is 2400cal...1589cal over, so no cake and only two beer and I would have been okay...sucks to stumble...

Good thing that was yesterday...today is a much better day!! Weigh in was put off until tonight, since I wasn't home to do it at the same time...so I'll update that later.
