HELP!! this is a help journal! i'm doing just fine with my pts and such, but i need your advice on something job-related and exercise! i know, they're way different!

ok so the job-related thing...believe it or not, my fiance and i have phone interviews tomorrow with the same company. His is for a completely different position, but do I tell the person I'm interviewing with that we're both interviewing with the company, or do I keep my mouth shut? I don't know what the right thing is to do in that situation. We both have the same address on our resumes and cover letters, so wouldn't they put two and two together?

second, my gown fits perfectly! but i need help with my arms. since i've lost a total of 128 lbs, my upper arms are flabby, specifically underneath, the outside looks more toned. any exercise tips for that specific body part? :)

thanks guys! I plan on looking through all your journals tomorrow. very busy today!

Well I can't help you with the arms because I look like I have deflated ballons.... As far as the job, I would NOT tell them anything about "the boy" interviewing. You don't have to disclose anything more than what they ask. Like, when I interview, I told tell them that I have a vacation planned for June - I will tell them that if they want to hire me. That way its not going to put a bump in the road. Good luck with the interviews though - hope you get it!!!!

Thanks, MOTG! I'm not going into it like, "I need this job!!" If it happens, it happens. I'm a firm believer of everything happens for a reason. We'll see what happens! And YES I definitely plan on telling them about the wedding and honeymoon IF they offer me the job, not before. :) :)

Triceps Extension
Sitting upright on a bench with your back straight, hold one or two dumbbells directly over your head (you may want to start with a single five pound dumbbell) using both of your hands. Your hands should form a triangle over your head. Slowly and carefully lower your forearms behind your upper arms forming a ninety degree angle behind your head. Slowly bring your forearms up to the starting position.
google a video or something. I like to do them standing in a lunge position to stretch and hold the abs. :) as for the interview, i dunno. don't tell them anything they don't ask about. they may notice and bring it up, they may not. Did I miss a drop in your weight yesterday!? Right ON Rox!!

Totally agree with Cindy and MOTG. Don't say a word about the boy. I don't know what kind of company it is but in many places there would be different people interviewing and it would never even come up. Good luck!
