Hey ya'll, just checking in. I am about to go work out, as long as Kaelyn stays sleeping, cross my fingers. Had to have my coffee first. It is so cold this morning, I am just freezing. We actually have a chance of snow on Sunday. Too weird. Weird for Texas anyways. Today I have to make a pumpkin cheesecake for tommorrow's Christmas party. Here is my solemn vow: I will NOT lick the spoon in any way. I am making it with splenda so I can have a small peice tommorrow, but I am bad about wanting to eat the batter off the spoon. I think my strategy will be to make a little dessert for later tonight my mixing the 1/2 cup of leftover pumpkin with ricotta, cinnamon, and nutmeg and vanilla. I won't be as tempted if I have a treat to look forward to. Anyways, I'll check in again later, I just wanted to say HOWDY! Bye bye! :)
