Fat Secret is out....it's no secret I have been eating fat and it shows in my weight. No idea what happened to my self-control. The more I think about eating healthy the more junk I eat.

I know you're stressed but don't take it out on yourself. I love you Roo. You're doing a great job,as a Mom, a worker and as my baby girl just being you. You'll get back on track. Take care of you!

I have been sick so I have dropped some weight. Can't really eat a whole lot of anything right now. On the good side, since my acid reflux is so bad, I will be forced to eat low carb and low fat! That should start moving the numbers
