So, yesterday I was 58.9 and thinking finally something is working. I've been careful with my intake and this morning I'm 60kg. I know weight can fluctuate with lots of influences (water, toilet trip) and I wonder if I should not weigh myself every morning, but I find it motivating to weigh every morning.
60 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

It's ok to weigh yourself every day if you like (I do myself lol) but I only record 1 day per week at the same time every week. Yes your weight will fluctuate in between but don't panic lol... But if you just rec 1 eg: First thing Mon... You will get an accurate record over time 😁 Enjoy the journey
