Pretty sure I did make a journal entry today. Maybe I got it on the wrong date. I have now changed to half a glypizide at night instead of a full one because night blood sugar was getting too low. Blood sugars yesterday 115 and 109 today support that decision. Wt remaining at 191 but that's how it goes in dieting. Eating right is supported by blood sugar measurements. I need to buy a tape measure. I know I am losing inches but have not kept track.
