it's been about 6 days, and I have not weight myself. I have been focusing on eating clean again...again...I worked out yesterday and today..I ran for 2 miles, this is the first time in a long time. I am doing my best to stick to the plan...of working out. Not doing so well in the sleep department. Got get to sleep now.
