Diario de exxtoexx, 07 mar. 12

Today was a beautiful day, so my hound and i decided to hit the dog trails down the road. It was worth a few dollars to let my best friend drag me down the dirt roads of dog heaven trails. After a few miles we both were pooped, so we decided to eat at the bark side stop, food for dogs and people. Feeling better so i can start to eat better than a few things that i ate over the last three or four days. To many potatos, noodles, and tons of sodium. Only lost two pounds this week, maybe more next week,
