blood sugar 114, ate strawberries at dinner. Wt up a lb but I ate fiber one 1/3 cup, yesterday and I typically gain a pound or two when I eat wheat products. Not sure if the fiber and possible iron are worth it. Beef for dinner tonight. That should help with iron. Sticking to diet without exception
