I'm not doing so well. I don't feel that I am in the "zone"...you know, the place where you are doing well with food and exercise and have that confidence that carries you from day to day. This really depresses me. Maybe forcing myself to get up VERY early (5:00) for exercise and getting to bed at a better time (10:00) ...it would be forcing!!! My husband farms and is up early and gone til pretty late most evenings right now...wheat harvest and everything else that he's usually doing related to the farm--plus I help out some...It's summer break for me as a teacher, but I am feeling more "broken" than relieved. I just need to prioritize the "me" time--beyond eating, reading and spending $.
Any supportive comments would be appreciated..maybe a buddy? Thanks!
