I feel great. I am trying to slowly increasing my calories but it is harder than I thought it would be. So I have added 200 calories a day, but I am still losing, so I will try to add another 100 calories a day. Finding the new balance is difficult.

Any balance that were not used to is hard to find. I'm right there with you. It's a learning curve, but trial, error, analysis and common sense will eventually get us there.
