Working nights can make the days seem short at times. Today is one of those days that walking on the treadmill was the only thing that i could get in at 2 miles with in 45 minutes. I did manage to play a few games on the Xbox, but couldn't get my stair climbing in with the WII.
I have been walking on the treadmill, but manage to sneak a few light jogg sprints in today, which i haven't done in years and it felt great to be able to move my body like that with out wanting to fall over dead. My asthma has been bothering me a little bit, but over the last few weeks it seems to be easing up. Since my asthma wasn't bothering me to much today, i did enjoy the jogging sprints. I am hoping after i lose more weight that the asthma is gone for good. I am sure it won't as a hot muggy summer is coming around.
Tomorrow is the start of recording of food calories more than just writing down what i am eating. I love this website and the recipes, people, and all it has to offer.
I feel great, proud of myself, and can't wait to exercise and get on here tomorrow nad recordf more.
