Howdy doody y'all, what's shaking? I've had a pretty good day. I got some good exercise in, I walked 4.2 miles in about one hour, plus I ran up and down the bleachers at the school 5 times(my goal was ten but I failed to meet it..too worn out). I also did 30 minutes of my kickboxing video, cardio, arms and shoulders, and abs. I feel good, my spirits are pretty high today. I am a little sore from yesterday, but I just pushed myself through the workouts. I told myself I could come here after my exercise, so that is my reward! Better than food rewards,eh? I don't know yet what I am going to eat for dinner, or what i am going to make for Brandon. It's 6:30 so I ought to figure that out. I also need to get busy and chug some H2O. They say by the time you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated. As much as I sweated compared to as much as I drank today, I wouldn't be surprised if I am. Well I'm not weighing til Sunday, but I can tell a difference in my arms and legs, and a little in my stomach, more defined(slightly). I have a long way to go,, but with each workout I feel stronger and more motivated to top my own best. Love yall, chat lata! :)
