BEAUTIFUL OHIO SPRING DAY!!!! like 70.worked out 3 days in a row.seems to work to schedule time for me.right after breakfast.not sure if i will meet my mini goal of being 170 by end of march.but i think i will see some change now that i am motivated to exercise again.
