Surgery was done on Monday for ACL and meniscus repair. Everything went well and recouping nicely. On pain meds and have to take them every 4 hours but these make me so damn tired.
Can't put any weight on my leg and my exercise has dropped. Just working out with 5 lbs and doing arms and upper body. As this is the only dumbells I have on hand.
My dear wife is cooking all my food and I'm trying to input everything she cooks. she told me honey I will not measure all your meals like you where doing. Im just going to cook it for you. I told her ok I'll just try and keep my intake lower than I was eating before the surgery. Lol.
Let's see how much weight I gain or lose lol. Hopefully I stay about the same. Most of the day I'm bed bound. This will change tomorrow as I will be able to take of my brace off and do minimal leg exercises. My physical therapy starts in about 2 weeks and doc told me full recovery would be about 6 months.
