So today or more like yesterday I tried making a flour less chocolate cake followed the directions. The taste was on point but I must have mixed it wrong. As once I took it out of the oven and let it stand for a bit it deflated lol. Next time I will follow recipe to the tee. Other than that it's supper delicious and low carb. Can't wait till today in the morning to have a slice.

As its 12:30 am and waiting on my wife as she is flying in with my son for a visit. Have not seen them since May of this year. And prior to that it had been since last year in Feb. She will be here to help out once I get my surgery on Monday.
