Diario de Lotus, 05 dic. 07

i had a lovely day, sans housework. I got it all done yesterday, thank God. So today I got to relax in a nice clean house. I got up at a decent time and worked out to my 10 minute solution kickboxing workout, twenty minutes,plus twenty minutes of my Blast the Belly Fat workout. I like video workouts that are split up into 10 minute sections, because it is easy to mix and match. i worked on lower body, upper body, and abs. Then later this afternoon, I took Kaelyn for our daily walk(let's hope it stays daily), 4.3 miles. The rest of my time has been spent playing with Kaelyn, and printing out South beach/low carb dessert recipes.
Imluuvd, thanks again for the tip, I wouldn't have thought there was a South Beach version of pumpkin cheesecake. Now I am looking forward to the Christmas party instead of dreading it.
We really need to get on the ball and finish our Christmas shopping. I hate waiting till the last minute and it is so crowded.
But I'm not going to stress about it. If you spend all your time worrying, it ruins the spirit of the season, I think.
Well y'all wish me luck at the Christmas party next Saturday! I have one more party to fend off goodies after that, plus Christmas Day we are going to my in-laws, and of course, more goodies. But I'M NOT WORRIED, heh, heh,...not much anyways..gulp.

I need to get some at home workout videos, but I'm worried they'd just sit there! I'm sure you'll have a good time over Christmas, just keep in mind your goals and how much we'll get on you if you stray too much! :)

I missed you last night! What are you going to wear to the xmas party? Are you going to weigh-in today then? Im going to cross my fingers all day for you! (well most of the day, when its practical.)

Ah, I believe the pizza you are referring to may be a result of finals week for a lot of us. I'm glad you are looking forward to your party. It bothers me when I see people ~dreading~ parties when we diet so that we can enjoy life, not dread it. Just remember that you are going to have to control yourself while indulging just the same this time next year at your goal weight. It's always going to be part of life and you should enjoy it! Holiday parties aren't going away! (Thankfully)
