Hello everyone!!! i have't had time to post any journal since ive been working and going to school with finals, but i've been doing great.Still feel motivated,i don't have the feeling of being bloated, i've been doing more exercise and i have been drinking lots of water!! i'm feeling awesome although i have decided to weigh in every 2 wks..so next weigh in is on the 17th!! but the good thing is that i now have to use a belt for the pants that were tight on me! that's a good sign right?

Bravo! Try to remember too that the point of this plan is to see how certain foods effect you. I think at least once a week might give you a more clear picture? Otherwise how will you know if one food causes you weight gain or no loss as opposed to those that promote your loss? Just an idea, but everyones different! You're doing so good, I'm sure that scale will be good to ya!

Good news about the belt. If you have to buy new ones make sure they fit a little tight, or, you might be buying a lot of belts. :-)

Yes, loving needing that belt!! GREAT! I would have to agree that weighing weekly will give you a better sight on what foods are working and what ones aren't. That being said, we all have to do what works for us! :) Keep on keepin' on!! :O)
