Diario de exxtoexx, 25 feb. 12

Here is another day and that treadmill is waiting for me, along with the stair cases just waiting for me to tackle them. I have the energy and waiting until i wake up a little. My cravings have gone down a little, but there are certain times that my body loves to crave sweets. I am sure i am not the only woman that has this problems. Water is keeping me from eating large amounts of food. I typically drink a 12 ounce glass of water a half hour before eating all three meals, and then another 6 ounces with my meal. Soda pop is kicking to a all time low, i replaced it with tea and some sugar. I hate splenda or sugar substitutes, as they make me sick to my stomach. I am very proud of myself for the motivation and i must remember that i am changing my life style not on a diet.
