Diario de exxtoexx, 24 feb. 12

I decided to try a few of the recipes off of here today and its was okay, which it may be better if i followed the recipe like it states. Trying to record everything i eat is easy, but i am not for sure if i want to show myself the truth. I have been on the treadmill everyday this week, have noticed that my energy levels have been up, and i am not as sleepy. As for the others that live in my house, they gripe that they don't like the food that i eat and then they try the foods, only to eat it all but a little, which leaves me none. So phooy on them, i am only cooking what i want and they can eat it for, fix their own. Sorry for those who read this, but the others that have been eating what i have, have lost more weight than i:(. maybe i shouldn't be the cook.

I didn't think i was going to hit the treadmill today, as i got home late today and was tired. Then I had to remember my main goal, when i get down into a rut. Mini challenges and tons of stuff to do around the house keeps me going. Hurray to myself for walking that 1.5 miles and over 40 minutes. I only try 30-33 minutes this first week, but i had to get the extra energy out of my system. :):):):)
