Diario de jessicka, 03 dic. 07

today is day 6 i think...i can't remember if i was gonna originally do this for two weeks or just one, but i think i'll leave it at the one. its been pretty easy for me, and i feel like i have broke that major urge to eat things i shouldn't. i honestly was not doing the phase one to lose anything, just to break some bad habits i was forming. I think my goal is that maybe the last week of every month i'll phase one. that way if i start to waver during the month, i won't let myself get too far off track. thats my game plan at least :) i will try to get to a scale tomorrow and weigh in...i think a monthly weigh in at this point in the game is a good idea...just make sure i'm staying steady.

I have heard of that working for other people too. I know a girl that lost tons of weight by doing Phase 1 for the first two days every week, then doing phase 2 for the rest of the week. Whatever works for you.

I think that sounds like a great plan. Some day..........I hope to do to same, after I have lost my major over=weight. LOL

That's a really good idea. I know a lot of people that are major fitness buffs that have lifetime routines of things like "one cheat day a month" or things like that. So, having that one week a month where you force yourself to look at your eating habits will keep you in check and keep you healthy for a long long time so that you will never waver too far!
