Here's a picture of my toffee, when I went to Trader Joe's yesterday I walked down the candy isle without even looking longingly at any of them, cause I knew I had peanut butter fat bombs and toffee candy waiting for me when I got home. It really changed that experience.

http://joyfilledeats.com/buttery-walnut-toffee/ that's the website, my husband says you can cut and paste this into your browser. If you have Pinterest, look for low carb sugar free toffee. Just so you know the recipe calls for "sweet mama sweetener" no idea what that is, I used part swerve and part Truvia baking mix. Make sure you score it before it hardens or you don't get uniform squares. I usually take what the recipe says and re-calculate it with the ingredients I have on hand to make sure. They are REALLLY good. She says it makes 30, I got 36 - so that made them 1 carb each.

The problem for me is that I'd just want to eat them all!

Something may be low carb, but that doesn't make it low calorie, and this dessert looks very high. Not to mention that it would be difficult to only eat one piece, as they look super-yummy. I would bring the whole thing to work and give all of it away to prevent myself from consuming it all and going waaaaaayyyy over my calorie limit for weight loss.

I thought so too, but I eat 2 pieces in the afternoon (about 2:30) and I enjoy it and can't get to it in my freezer. Then get home clean, cook, get things done and don't think of them again till I get up in the morning to pack my lunch. It's like peanut butter fat bombs, I keep them in the freezer and when I want a peanut butter cup, there they are. I've been on Keto since January and only binged once in February. I don't have that desire to do that anymore.

soonsoonsoon - I'm supposed to have 1900 calories a day. I can very rarely eat that many. Besides I have to keep my fat/Protein/Carb ratio correct to loose size/weight following a Keto WOE.

You are doing amazing! Over a pound a week, yes, that's amazing. I understand how satisfying those kinds of treats can be and they satisfy you instead of making you crave more. Continue to enjoy your new healthy lifestyle!
