Oh my I've been so busy, I haven't posted anything in a while. So, I have given up the dreaded bike after I fell and injured my wrist. Yes, I know get back on the horse, but at my age all I keep thinking is "help, I've fallen and I can't get up!" lol - it could have been a lot worse. Now I get the joy of paying and fighting the insurance over the hospital bills, that's fun. Anyway, I'm having trouble with my sugars again and had to raise my insulin, but I'm still much lower then it's been. So, I'm going swimming to replace the non-bike exercise, hopefully that will work to get me back on track. We will see.
