Journal - What a shocker, 204 lbs. Well today was a good start. I work as a Physical therapist so we have our own gym as well as having one at home makes it convenient to get the exercise in without too much of a hassle. I workout on a regular basis it has really been the eating that has been my Achilles heel
Started Lean Cuisine and was really surprised with how good they tasted. It gives me portion control, a simple way for me to measure calories (it's on the box stupid) and no time spent cooking YEAH!!!!
