Afternoon workout
Bike: 30 min, 7.1 miles, 7 resistance, 14-15.5 mph
Bodyrock fit test:
Squat jumps 28
push ups 21
burpees 14
high knees 39 ( each leg )
switch lunges 26
tuck jumps 22
tricep dips 30
straight abs 15

So not so great on the fit test and I had to modify some moves so I did not hurt my toe anymore than what it is.
Took Cooper to the doctor yesterday and he has tonsillitis, the poor little thing.
Hope he starts to feel better soon.
Not much to report today. Hope everyone is having a great week and working out hard!!

Wow. You are getting a lot of different exercising in. Seems like circuit training. That's great. Poor little Cooper. I hope he's better very soon.
