Diario de Auntie_em, 19 feb. 12

Back down to 245, which is good. And I have finished my first week back at work, so now I am getting back into a groove again with my new hours, I need to carve out times for exercise. I used to exercise in the mornings, but I don't have time to do that now unless I got up at 4am, and I am NOT going to do that! So I need to start exercising when I get home from work. I like the Denise Austin DVD workout levels that I have because it has 10 minute levels that I know I can do in the evenings and not be so tired.
