Diario de jessicka, 29 nov. 07

so one day down and i'm going strong :D haha only had a little cheat yesterday and had a mini box of smarties...but i don't feel bad about it. i have hundreds of those stupid chocolate bars in my pantry, so to have one is A-OK :) i made up a chicken soup stock yesterday so will make up my soup today and use it as a quick meal to help me out this week. Fill it full of veggies and chicken. i am also going to try and drink more water again...i tend to forget about that, i have never been a big drinker, unless i'm super thirsty. i'm gonna go do my whopping 8 minute work out tho :) have a great day all!

It's a good idea to have a supply of something (your soup)that you can eat quick so that if you're really hungry, you don't have the excuse of "i didn't want to wait" 8 Minutes is better than nothing!
