Today I felt so tired and I just rested after work. I've been to the swimming pool 4 times this week. I can fit in well in a "motivational"
tee shirt I bought 3 months ago (I fitted in it poorly at that time).
I am happy about my results. I'll put all my efforts in staying on track this weekend...even if Saturdays are my "indulgence days" and I'll have lunch at restaurant, I want to limit myself to small portions.
